Job Description:

Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT is seeking an experienced Farm Foreman for a progressive Nebraska crop producer. This is a key leadership role, responsible for helping direct day-to-day field operations and ensuring the smooth, efficient flow of work throughout the growing season. The right candidate will be a hands-on leader with strong mechanical aptitude, precision ag knowledge, and a proven background in row crop production.

Primary responsibilities include operating and maintaining equipment for planting, spraying, and irrigating through harvest. Harvest duties include silage chopping, earlage snapping, high-moisture corn, soybeans, and dry corn. Off-season responsibilities include tillage, hauling and removing manure, dirt work, and overseeing shop projects.

This position works closely with ownership and other team members to coordinate tasks, allocate resources, and keep production on schedule. The operation utilizes late-model Case IH equipment and offers excellent facilities. Flexibility is essential, as duties change with the seasons.

We’re looking for someone who:
- Can work independently and lead by example

- Has strong problem-solving skills and can find practical solutions quickly
- Can communicate clearly, give direction, and keep a crew motivated
- Is dependable, hard-working, and committed to safety
- Takes pride in their work and maintains a neat, professional appearance
- Wants to grow in responsibility and advance with a forward-thinking farming operation

Compensation is based on experience in row crop production, equipment operation, and leadership ability. This is an excellent long-term opportunity with a supportive community, good schools, and a location where a spouse can also find employment.
